The principals of KHI combine a diverse background of institutional investment management and real estate experience.

Kevin H. McGowan is President of KHI. With an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, Mr. McGowan has over ten years experience in investment analytics and over five years experience in hedge fund management.

H. H. "Sandy" McGowan is Vice President of KHI and has over twenty years experience in real estate marketing and sales. Mr. McGowan is a licensed broker and has owned and operated his own firm for a number of years prior to joining KHI.
